Unlike most of the imported products, our Lemon Curd has one big difference – it’s fresh!
To get the full taste of the traditional curd recipe, it needs to be made out of fresh ingredients – a beautiful blend of fresh eggs, egg yolk, lemon juice, lemon oil and sugar and preserved with the natural preservative qualities of citric acid.
To achieve this wonderful taste, we make our Lemon Curd in small batches in open kettles, using a time-tested traditional recipe to produce a delicate zesty flavor, that is just irresistible.
